Basically all browsers (Chrome Firefox Opera MS) have some
implementation of device orientation/motion.

We could consider implementing a better API for these sensors, but it
will be a very very low priority. We probably will not implement until
we see there is a big demand for it (which means devices will have to be
shipping with multiple sensors -- like two accelerometers.)
