hey tlr, what I liked about the current proposal is that it was really simple - it offered the base information that any camera could provide. Your set of attributes, although very important to a serious photographer, probably doesn't do much for 90+% of the people using cameras. In reading the requirements of the dap capture api, it isn't clear that this needs to be spec'ed out.
