@alexshalamov note the difference between high and low level sensors isn't whether they are fused or not, but whether they describe data or implementation, e.g. `BarometricAltimeter` vs. `AltitudeSensor` (the latter could be provided by a GPS, for example, or even a Web service using the IP address).
