I actually don't know about this. It's not hard to just delay the 
observable state change and the corresponding event to animation frame
 timing, but I don't know if that's all that's happening, or if one 
can also tickle the sensors into sampling and providing data really 
close to the animation frames. Will defer to @pozdnyakov on that, as 
long as observable behavior is well defined I'm happy :)
