I believe ISSUE-65 and ISSUE-111 have played their role but are outdated 
now and no longer actionable because the underlying text has changed too 
much. If there remain terminology issues, then they should be better 
handled with specific, updated issues. ISSUE-111 is also too high level 
to be actionable IMHO.
