UC1 mentions "instance data matches the models that have been defined in
RDFS or OWL".  I think that this should be better stated as

3.1 UC1: Model validation

There is a general need to validate that ontology documents have the right
kind of structure.  For example, some methodologies for creating ontologies
could require that each property in the ontology must have a domain, or that
every class is a subclass of one of several classes.

3.1.1 Summary:

Requires the ability to check whether an RDF graph has certain information
provided for the properties and classes in the graph.
