F2F draft agenda

Hi all,

I put together a first draft agenda for next week's meeting. I would 
appreciate if you could have a look and provide feedback.
Of course this is just a starting point and we will adjust based on how 
things go but we've got to have something to start with.

For that matter I'm primarily interested in topics that are simply missing 
altogether and that should be on the list of what we need to cover at the 
meeting. The details of when things get discussed isn't as critical, 
although, as I said before if those who plan to participate remotely have 
special requests let me know and I'll try to accommodate.
