I'm also working myself through the document and was reporting minor typos or copy/paste errors to holger directly (didn't want to open an issue for each of those).

Betreff: reviewing the FPWD
Although I have committed to review the document and Arthur will probably
review it as well, it would be very good to have more reviews.
These need not be technical reviews. In any case, most of the technical
content has been moved to other places.
