"in progress" (was Fwd: [csvw] added source & source number properties (#207))

I see what you meant at the f2f: I haven't looked at this PR before and I see that the "in progress"  label has been set for the issue. I have no idea why and what does it. I will ask/look around, but do you github experts have any idea what causes it?
