Doesn't appear to have ever been in the repo, looking back in the
history! The tests were added originally as
<contributors/microsoft/submitted/CSS3/background/border-image-slice-002.htm>
and <contributors/microsoft/submitted/CSS3/background/border-image-slice-004.htm>
by Arron in 2013 (35f109a0 in git); Arron, Greg, can either of you see
if you have this mysterious 9grid40-30-20-10-lime.png anywhere?
