Re: Shepherd does not recognize CSS3 fonts specification

The URI should be:
http://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts-3/#font-size-adjust-prop

We need to make http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-fonts/ be a redirect to the new proper URL rather than be a proxy in place.
