I encountered this recently with some CSS Shapes tests where it turned out the link pointed to a file that had been deleted from the repo. In this case, it looks like this test (and probably others in the same changeset) got renamed:
http://test.csswg.org/shepherd/testcase/multicol-gap-001/spec/css-multicol-1/
Either way, there seems to be an issue with the build scripts that still account for these files in the test harness. Peter, can you take a look?

I have noticed that the tests launched from this page:

Seems to be 404. Is this intentional/known?
