At the first TTWF event, a significant amount of time had to be spent
setting up everyone in Hg and teaching them how to use it.  This time,
the organizers instead used Dropbox to organize everyone's tests,
because that's more familiar to most people and generally easier to
set up and understand, and the organizers will submit all the tests
into Hg shortly.
