Flexbox missing in Shepherd?

I've pushed a number of Flexbox tests on behalf of a colleague. However, I  
was met with complaints that they were "Not linked to a tracked  
specification section". E.g.  
http://test.csswg.org/shepherd/testcase/absolute-atomic/owner/oyvind/status/issue/

I don't see Flexbox in the "Specification" dropdown menu. Does it need to  
be added?
