I don't have any new feedback except to say THANKS for getting these into the suite. CSS Transforms, Transitions and Animations are very under-tested and these new tests are a very welcome development.

I've gotten some feedback on them, but currently they aren't approved.
 This is just a heads-up that I plan to start reformatting and
submitting a lot more tests in the same vein, so if anyone has
feedback, now would be a good time to give it.  Thanks!
