[nightly-unstable] fixed-table-layout-003e08 and 4 other fixed-table-layout-003e0x tests

Hello,

I've spent a lot of time on commenting

so that section 17.5.2.1 can better be understood.

creates a situation where the cell in 1st column is overconstrained and
it is not clear which value gets overriden. Firefox 13.0.1 says the
width is 0px; Chrome 20.0.1132.47 reports that the width is -16px. Both
do reduce the offsetWidth of the cell in first column in order to comply
with the spec.
It's definitely a weird, extreme test.
