http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20100917/xhtml1/uri-012.xht is
invalid as a result of the (not yet edited) resolution of
http://wiki.csswg.org/spec/css2.1#issue-129 , which says that the {
is consumed as part of an invalid-url token.
