case-insensitivity-001 invalid in XHTML format

is an invalid test in the XHTML format, since the selector DIV
should not match a div element in XHTML, a case-sensitive language.
This, and perhaps other case sensitivity tests in this section
(although this is the only one that fails) should probably be
flagged to be generated only for the HTML format and not for the
XHTML format.
