Whenever I have testcases which need to be updated or corrected, I try
to make the changes as soon as I can.
For other testcases which I believe should be corrected or updated, I
report my finding in this mailing list and I try to add an item in
http://wiki.csswg.org/test/css2.1/issues
Such list, as far as I am concerned, is not fully updated.
Finally, note that I have 5 testcases waiting to be added with the next
RC and they are in my /incoming folder:
