http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/html4/content-072.htm
relies on an attribute expansion mechanism that would expand
<script defer> to <script defer="defer"> as far as what the CSS
attr() function sees.  No such mechanism exists in
http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/ , so this test is invalid.  I tend to
think it should be removed.
