[RC3] background-intrinsic-00?.* doesn't test at-rule.

Hello all,

In the 9 tests background-intrinsic-001 upto and including -009, there
are 2 links elements:
  <link rel="help"
href="http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/syndata.html#at-rules" />
  <link rel="help"
href="http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/#the-background-size"/>

I think the first must be removed, because it isn't testing any at-rules
logic.
