So, these 2 tests and these 2 others http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20100815/html4/border-top-width-083.htm http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20100815/html4/border-top-width-084.htm need to be adjusted, corrected. As they are, they should be rejected.
