Case-insensitivity of :lang() arguments

IMO, these 4 paragraphs (last 4 of the testcase)

   <p lang="kl">This sentence must be green.</p>
   <p lang="KL">This sentence must be green.</p>
   <p lang="fi">This sentence must be green.</p>
   <p lang="FI">This sentence must be green.</p>

of the testcase should be red, not green as stated.

And the first 2 paragraphs are exactly the same.


Case-sensitivity of counter names

<span class="reset"></span><span class="incr"></span>

should be

<p><span class="reset"></span><span class="incr"></span></p>
