Hey,

Since the Last Call period for http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-namespace/ ends  
today and I haven't seen any serious issues I thought I'd make some tests  
we can use to eventually get to PR:

   http://tc.labs.opera.com/css/namespaces/

I found that the specification is not explicit yet on @namespace ""; but  
it would make sense to handle that identically to @namespace x ""; so I  
assumed it did. I tried following the CSS Test Suite guidelines too.

If anyone has some ideas on how to expand the test suite please e-mail  
your thoughts. Thanks!
