Meta information in Ahem

There are several problems with the Ahem
<http://www.hixie.ch/resources/fonts/AHEM____.TTF>  font:

1. The text currently in the Copyright section is misplaced: it logically
belongs to the Description section.  

2. The TTF copyright section mentions "&EAcute".  I do not believe HTML
entities, especially bogus ones, should be used in TTF comments.  If 'É' is
unavailable, both ''E' and 'Capital E with acute' would be all right with
me.

3. The font claims supporting several Unicode ranges (e.g. Greek) where in
fact it has only several characters.  This can cause it to be
inappropriately substituted if it is permanently installed, as it probably
has to be.  

4. The glyphs in the font correspond to defined Unicode box characters and
should be mapped correspondingly (not to letters).  (I suppose it may be
convenient to apply Ahem to existing English text so this reservation is
probably inappropriate; however, I am not sure about this use case so I
decided to include this as well.)

5. The font does not link back to W3C. 

6. The version string says "Version 1.1"; it does not match the pattern
"Version #.##" required by Microsoft and Apple.

I used the Microsoft Font Properties Extension to examine the font.
