misnamed 'height' tests

The current tests [1] for height (based on the title elements in the
tests) are named as:
t1004-c5524-width-00-b-g.htm    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k
t1004-c5524-width-00-b-g.xht    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k      
t1005-c5524-width-00-b-g.htm    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k
t1005-c5524-width-00-b-g.xht    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k      
t1005-c5524-width-01-b-g.htm    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k
t1005-c5524-width-01-b-g.xht    12-Oct-2006 00:17       1k      

The filenames all incorrectly say width, and the first one has an
incorrect section number (10.4 instead of 10.5).

(That's assuming that the title elements in the tests are correct.)
