Yes, but the other way around, please, since we have an understanding of the
CSS use case in this bug.

(I think the JS use case is addressed by GetStyleUtils#usedStyle or
HTMLElement#offsetTop, offsetParent, clientWidth, et al, but let's take that in
a new bug.)
