Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-5] What is the computed value of light-dark(none, none)? (#13866)

It seems that the fix for this is to define the image form of `none` in the [CSS Images 3 definition of the `<image>` type](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-images-3/#typedef-image) and the [CSS Images 4 definition](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-images-4/#typedef-image), which is a superset.

CSS Color 5 would then refer to that definition, rather than adding it quietly in a place people are unlikely to look.
