Separately from the above, I would also like to propose moving https://drafts.csswg.org/css-image-animation-1/ to FPWD, possibly after addressing https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/13641, though that could also be done after publication. Since the group has adopted it as an ED, I've made the following three changes based on the discussions we had: * https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/13636 * https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/13638 * https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/13640 I think this (especially the addition of the distinction between `stopped` and `paused`) fleshes out the scope enough, and that we should be good to publish.
