Re: [csswg-drafts] Let’s Define CSS 4 (#4770)

I'd like to clarify my position somewhat.  I see the value in what people are suggesting.  At the same time I also think that "CSS4" is bound to cause confusion for precisely the reasons @jensimmons just listed.  My own thought here is that calling is "4" isn't necessary and it's probably less than helpful for the inevitable confusion it causes.  ~Many~ other kinds of names could work for this purpose.  I had said "css-2020" not because I meant an annual thing (though... there could be a world in which identifying the things we were all concentrated on trying to land is valuable maybe) but rather in order to break the naming system issue.  If we identify "css-2020" now and don't have another until "css-2023" or "css-2025" -- that seems fine? The point is just no one can get confused with the existing or old versioning schemes here.
