Interesting, but that behavior doesn't make much sense to me.  It's also **not** compliant with the spec which is very clear that the `::first-line` should wrap all children on the line. I tend to think it's just [a bug](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=707533) in Chrome that you should fix.
