The use of ` ` in the Bikeshed source of [CSS Backgrounds Level 3](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/master/css-backgrounds-3/Overview.bs#L1597) for "Applies to" and "Computed value" headers makes columns appear twice in the final [property index](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-backgrounds/#property-index).
