As Rachel notes, Grid is already in CR. If feedback ends up 
destabilizing the spec for subgrid, we will pull it back into L2. 
Since we haven't received much in the way of such feedback, we're 
gonna leave it in CR until we do. :) (From the CSSWG perspective, CR 
is intended as "we can't do anything more to improve this feature 
without implementation, and don't expect any changes unless they come 
from implementation feedback, so please try to implement it". That 
said, there didn't used to be much distinction between "implement it" 
and "ship it" in the past, and now there is, so there is that.)
