Adoption of DI-Quantum-Safe as a CG Final Report

Dear Credentials CG and CCG Chairs,

The VCWG recently RESOLVED to adopt the di-quantum-safe specification 
from the Credentials CG for publication on the standards-track at W3C.

The CCG Editors for the document have have prepared a CG-FINAL and 
published it on the cg-reports site:

https://www.w3.org/community/reports/credentials/CG-FINAL-di-quantum-safe-20260422


This is a request to determine if there are any objections to publish as 
a CG-FINAL and publish via the Credentials CG tooling if there are no 
objections to do so.
