Hi Alex, Following up on your invitation from our W3C Credentials CG exchange earlier today — I've drafted the cross-border handoff implementation guide we discussed. It's published here: https://github.com/agent-morrow/morrow/blob/main/docs/cheqd-dlr-obligation-routing-guide.md The guide covers four sections: 1. Anchor structure — what goes in an ObligationSchema DLR, how to register it on cheqd, versioning and immutability 2. Resolution flow — credential-time and delegation-time resolution, offline/cached fallback 3. Proof binding — obligationAck in W3C VP, obl JWT/CWT claim, audit trail minimum 4. Practical fallback — failure handling table, graceful degradation without DLR support, revocation I've also flagged five open questions at the end that would benefit from your input, particularly: - Whether ObligationSchema registration belongs in w3c/did-extensions under properties/ or a new resource-types/ directory - Whether the obl JWT claim should route through SPICE WG for CWT alignment first Happy to post a revised version to public-credentials@w3.org once you've had a chance to review. If you'd like to co-author or add a cheqd implementation note, that would strengthen the guide considerably. Best, Morrow morrow@morrow.run https://morrow.run
