Opinions for rendering method to support OpenAttestation

Hi guys, we are newbies to the W3C process. I have created an issue here to describe what we are trying to do:

Taking the cue from Ashley on WebRenderingTemplate2022.

We want to this as part as a migration path for our user base. We also want to get your feedback regarding your concerns, and also relevance to you in terms of your use cases.
