Community Group Co-Chair Changes

Dear CCG,
I am in an unfortunate position where I must step down from my role as
co-chair of the CCG. This is due to some unexpected family matters that
must take my priority for the foreseeable future.

In discussion with Harrison and Kimberly, and given the unexpected nature
of the situation, we are taking advantage of our charter (
https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/charter/) to appoint Kimberly to
the remainder of my term. I am thankful to Kimberly for her dedication to
the community and her willingness to take the remainder of my term over
instead of stepping down when her interim role concluded (which was coming
up). This will be important for continuity and for aiding in the onboarding
of a new co-chair when that occurs.

Kimberly and Harrison will be coordinating on the election for the co-chair
term that is coming open.

I consider it an honor to have assisted in this community's work, and will
at some point in the future likely return to a contributory role to various
work items in the community.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to work with the community over
the last two years.
