Proof of knowledge certs

Hi CCG Community,

I have been investigating the possibility of having certificates which obfuscate PII data. That is, instead of using selective disclosure schemes to present a curated certificate, have the holder prove they know what the data is within the certificate.

For instance let’s consider the following excerpt of a cert:

```
{
    credentialSubject: {
        name: “89e0ec3563702722a3178a5d61c4ccc57619c7f3d4767cb1c260953f7eb931dd”
    }
}
```

In this case, the issued certificate does not reveal initially the PII, and as the holder I could provide the unobfuscated data to prove I have the knowledge of what’s in the certificate.

I was wondering if some of you had worked on a similar approach?
