Instead of keeping meeting agendas in the calendar, which
causes a spike in email due to sending a message for every
change to that agenda, I suggest keeping a *link* in the
calendar, and keeping the agendas (and subsequent minutes) 
in GitHub or other managed space, and sending the agenda 
by email only shortly before the meeting (at least a day, 
but not before the agenda is relatively solidified).
