Re: [lds-jws2020] broken reference (was: Charles Lehner FSA commitment for JSON Web Signature 2020 Specification)

I had presumed that GitHub would forward GH Pages requests, as it does top-level repository requests, but that’s obviously not the case.

Best thing is to re-create the repo on json-ld and put in a forwarding page, which I’ll take care of.

Note, https://github.com/w3c-ccg/rdf-dataset-canonicalization/pull/28 <https://github.com/w3c-ccg/rdf-dataset-canonicalization/pull/28> needs attention, as it updates other places that target the old repo location, for whoever has rights on the w3c-ccg repo.
