DIF - Interop invitation

Hi Folks,

 I know Interop is a big topic. With many venus for exploration.
 I co-chair the DIF interoperability Group
 Tomorrow we are kicking off our first meeting of the year and
considering what we might do ( and potentially also in collaboration with
others) I also let the ToIP Technology Stack working group know about the
meeting and have spoken to representatives of several "clusters of interop"
that are already meeting/working together as well.

One promising prospect is to  consider Interop focused on the VC format
JSON-LD ZKP with BBS+ and potentially WACI-PEX for exchange.  This is what
we will be talking about.

The call is non-ipr protected (meaning we don’t do “new work” there)
