Re: ACDCs in production

https://github.com/WebOfTrust/keripy is the main one. This is an evolution
of the KERI work that was done at DIF up until ~1 year ago, so there are
older repos under DIF's github as well.

There is also an effort that is a couple months away from maturity to
implement the same thing in Rust (with wrappers for other langs) at
https://github.com/WebOfTrust/cesrox. The Human Colossus Foundation has
published Rust implementations of KERI and CESR on crates.io with
approximately the same code but under a slightly different license.
