Please join us for a discussion with the browser vendors (Google, Firefox, and Edge) on Monday, December 12th at 11am ET about exploring the options for enabling a more native browser-CHAPI experience. CHAPI is a Credentials CG Work Item. As we've mentioned before, this is a big opportunity to more natively integrate Verifiable Credentials and Decentralized Identifiers into the browser engines and streamline the experience to be more browser native, decentralized, and privacy preserving. I have attached the presentation deck and calendar invite for the call to this email. The live slide deck can be found here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1_h0-OKMpUJnEMAMZLgZl_ic726RSXtfKSgGyf1ksiag/edit The FedID CG Chairs said that anyone from the Credentials CG are welcome on the call. If you decide to come, please support the discussion that needs to happen, which is highlighting the alignment between what the FedID CG is building and the way that CHAPI operates today (which is highly aligned). The slide deck has more information regarding the framing of the discussion. We hope to see supporters from the Credentials CG on that call[1]. -- manu PS: Apologies to the VC EDU folks, whose call overlaps with the FedID call.
