Re: EXTERNAL: Another round of VC-data-model maintenance issues

There's been one additional PR[1] that was opened as well to address the issue raised that pointed out the inconsistencies in data-time strings. With that, all of substantive V1.2 changes should now be in the PR process which should make it possible to get us within the deadline for our 60-day review period which has to be started by the beginning of October. Please take a look at this PRs and provide your feedback.
