TL;DR: Task force check ins, IIW continued Discussion, Delegation of Rights

NEXT MEETING:
Apologies for the late notice - there was a last minute agenda change due
to some schedule conflicts.

This week's CCG Main Call will focus on key work items and task force
progress, will also continue community discussion of IIW topics, and from
that will work in discussion around a great statement made on the
mailing list by Bob Wyman: "One should delegate rights, not credentials."
This is surely a topic of discussion for the group if there ever was one ;)
