Re: Information minimization thought experiment

The context for my questions is DID core as a specification for
standardized digital identifiers from W3C. There's a charter to help
provide context.

If someone thinks the questions are irrelevant or violate our charter, then
please say so.

As NIST defines the difference between security and privacy, security
problems are the result of bugs and other unanticipated problems. Privacy
problems, on the other hand, are the result of the system as designed. We
are nearing CR. Our design should be able to answer these questions.
