Re: VC Spec pull requests ready for review

There's been one PR[1] that had review and some changes occurred around the approach on how to address the issue causing the 14-day period to be reset. This is a follow up email to make sure everyone on the CCG list has been notified to retrigger the 14 day period per our defined process.

Subject: VC Spec pull requests ready for review

Per the Verifiable Credentials Maintainer Working group process[1], to trigger a review period for a PR we need to notify the CCG mailing list of the PRs that are ready for review. Here's the first email to start that. This time around we've got 10 pull requests that are ready for review. These have all been labeled with "14 day merge" as of today and can be found with the following link[2]. As for content, these PR's have been specifically chosen to be only V1.1 changes which are generally assumed to be non-substantive and purely editorial in nature.
