Apologies for the slow reply, away for Easter... the slides are up at
https://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/pubs/howto.pdf. The challenge list
is on page 7, but it helps to read the previous slides to give it some
context.
One disclaimer is that they were written in 2004, but then a counterpoint is
that a lot of what's in there hasn't changed. Kind of disturbing that that
document is old enough to drive, vote, and (almost) drink, but a lot of it
still describes the situation as if it had been born yesterday.
