The load test was successful, multiple platforms, multiple browsers, multiple countries, no one had issues that caused Jitsi to fail. We tested the 4K video sharing feature and even had Charles doing live video mixing and transmission during the call. Record of meeting is here: https://meet.w3c-ccg.org/archives/w3c-ccg-weekly-2020-11-06.mp4 We also did another W3C Social Web CG meeting (to discuss a DID WG topic) on the infrastructure this morning (because their conferencing system had some failures). We had one or two people that couldn't hear other people, but reloading the page fixed it for all but one. There may be a subtle bug in the new Jitsi related to WebRTC, but given that it didn't affect us from having a successful call, it'll probably be fine moving forward knowing about the issue. Given that we also have dial in numbers for US/EU now, if WebRTC fails for you, you can always dial in. We've tested as much as we can w/o doing a full blown 35-55+ person call. So, all that to say -- I think we're good to go again to use Jitsi for the main calls. -- manu -- Manu Sporny - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manusporny/ Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Veres One Decentralized Identifier Blockchain Launches https://tinyurl.com/veres-one-launches
