Re: ditch voip/sip

This is more in line with what W3C tends to prefer.  There is a strong
expectation that we use audio with simultaneous scribing/transcription,
with all other docs provided via URLs, specifically because that tends to
be the most accessible to the largest population.  In particular, those who
are hearing or sight impaired can often contribute with this kind of setup,
as can non-native speakers who have the ability to review documents in
advance.  Video calls with screen sharing have a tendency to regress to
last-minute, video-only presentation.
